Playing with teaching aids is the material basis and medium for childrens games， which is of great significance in promoting the comprehensive development of childrens physical and mental health. The survey found that the information on play and teaching aids resources in the field of preschool education is scattered in the current market， and teaching aid resource platforms are scarce and have limited functions. In response to this， the article applied the cloud computing SaaS （Software-as-a-Service） model to design a comprehensive gaming and teaching tool resource integration platform called “Jiju Star”. This platform provides the possibility for convenient access to information resources on childrens play and teaching aids， and takes the combination of intangible cultural heritage and teaching aids as the starting point to strengthen the correlation， integration， and development between preschool education and cultural aesthetic education.
