Exploration and practice of programming course teaching mode in software technology major of higher vocational education —Taking “Java Web development technology” course as an example
In the era of artificial intelligence and big data, data informationization is becoming increasingly popular, and numerous websites and apps have emerged one after another. The development of these informationization platforms requires the participation of a large number of software developers. As a training base for skilled talents, software technology majors in vocational colleges have become an important force in cultivating software development engineers. Programming course is a compulsory course for software technology majors and a stepping stone for students to enter the software development industry. In order to improve the teaching quality of programming courses, this article takes the “Java Web development technology” course as an example to explore the teaching mode of programming technology courses in vocational software technology majors. Based on this, a project based circular teaching model is proposed, which drives students to reflect and summarize theoretical knowledge through case studies, and then applies these theories to project practice. Through teaching practice verification, this teaching mode from case practice to theoretical knowledge cognition, and then from theoretical consolidation to practical project implementation not only enhances students interest in learning, but also stimulates their initiative and creativity. From the perspective of teaching effectiveness, students programming ability has significantly improved.
