Abstract:Laboratory equipment is a key foundation for ensuring professional experimental teaching and scientific research. Improving the standards of laboratory equipment management in universities and promoting the modernization of management processes have a profound impact on the efficient utilization of teaching and research resources and the overall quality of education in universities. The article utilizes technologies and theories such as big data, the Internet of Things, and prospect collaboration to design and develop a university instrument and equipment asset management information system. This system covers the entire lifecycle of instruments from procurement to disposal, and is designed with multiple functional modules. Practice has shown that this system standardizes the daily work of school asset management, facilitates statistical analysis of asset data, reduces redundant work, and improves asset utilization efficiency and management service level.
