This actual operating conditions of DC boiler generator units are variable, making it difficult to control the combustion process stably, resulting in low combustion efficiency. In response to the above issues, the article proposes a combustion adaptive control method for DC boiler generator units based on consistency algorithm. Firstly, a model of a direct current boiler generator set with a coal fired direct current boiler as the core was constructed. Secondly, based on the consistency algorithm, a coordinated control strategy was developed to achieve coordinated control of the entire unit through local communication and iterative updates between intelligent agent units. During the control process, the system can adjust the fuel quantity and air intake in real time, thereby achieving adaptive control of the combustion of the generator set. The experimental results show that this method can significantly improve combustion efficiency and bring beneficial improvements to the combustion control of DC boiler generator units.
