Vision is one of the most important sensory functions of the human body, and the age range of 0~3 is a critical period for the development of childrens visual system. Eye diseases during this period pose a great threat to childrens visual development. If not detected and treated in a timely manner, it will result in lifelong disability of the eyes. Therefore, screening for eye diseases in infants and young children, timely detection of various eye diseases, and early treatment are of great significance for their growth and development. This article introduces a method for processing, registering, and screening neonatal fundus diseases based on fluorescein angiography images, providing a basis for developing scientific and efficient diagnosis, treatment, and follow up strategies for neonatal fundus diseases, which can help improve the effectiveness of neonatal fundus disease prevention and treatment.
