With the rapid development of industrial automation technology, the visual positioning and control system of industrial robots has become the key technology to improve production efficiency and accuracy. This paper first analyzes the development status and challenges of the current vision positioning technology of industrial robots, then discusses the optimization strategy of the key technologies of the vision positioning system, and finally discusses the optimization and integration strategy of the control system, especially the feedback control mechanism and the technical route of the system integration. By combining these optimization strategies, the performance of the industrial robot visual positioning system can be significantly improved, thus optimizing the entire production process.
