In order to improve the efficiency of data collection and management of communication power supplies, this article introduces big data algorithms into the design of an information collection and management platform, and develops a mobile based communication power supply information collection and management system. Based on system requirements,design architecture,and functional modules,the system successfully realizes functions such as communication power supply data collection,remote management of mobile terminals,and fault diagnosis and warning. For power data information,the system uses classification algorithms to classify different information,calculates the weights of each attribute based on the decision tree model,and introduces the weights into the classification algorithm to improve the classification accuracy of communication power information. In addition,the system has developed a mechanism for rapid classification and query of mobile information,as well as health analysis,to achieve intelligent collection and management of communication power information. The test results show that the system has significantly improved the classification accuracy of communication power data information. Compared with traditional data collection and management methods,the efficiency of intelligent information collection and management based on mobile devices has increased by about 15%.
