    Abstract:

    Under the urgent needs of the new round of technological revolution and the construction of a strong education country,exploring educational teaching and curriculum ideological and political models under the background of Emerging Engineering Education has become an issue that university teachers need to deeply study and master. The article takes the core course of“Python programming”in the Information Science major of New Engineering as an example,and designs and practices a course ideological and political model of“integrating ideology and politics+empowering and driving”.Organically integrate ideological and political concepts throughout the course from four aspects:setting ideological and political goals,exploring ideological and political elements, designing ideological and political case studies,and implementing ideological and political plans. At the same time,empowerment should be carried out from four aspects:teaching content,teaching resources,teaching modes,and teaching staff,to achieve a deep integration of teaching and ideological and political education, comprehensively promote the growth and development of students,and promote the deepening and implementation of“foster virtue through education”
