Abstract:
As a course that combines theory and practice,“Python language”is used by Information and Computational Science majors to cultivate students programming ability, programming ability, and innovation ability, playing a crucial role in developing students comprehensive abilities. Based on the characteristics and teaching experience of the Information and Computational Science major, this article explores and reflects on the course of“Python language”,and draws corresponding conclusions in practice. In response to the lack of overall guidance in course content,a project-based approach is proposed to teach and train students on the basics of Python language, with the aim of enhancing their understanding and application of the language. To address the issue of formalization in practical activities,a combination of teacher led and student led topic selection is adopted to expand students programming skills and technical perspectives. In response to the weak connection between teaching content and professional practice,we choose to focus on the commonly used Python third-party library for teaching, closely integrating professional knowledge with programming language teaching, and allowing students to deepen their understanding of mathematical theory knowledge in practice. Through the above reform ideas, students interest in learning“Python language”course can be stimulated, laying a solid foundation for subsequent course learning.
